Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Carefully place the unused longboard or accessories back into their original shipping box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
